Seller’s acceptance of buyer’s Vacation Certificate is expressly made conditional on buyer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of the sale contained in buyer’s Vacation Certificate as well as all resort terms and conditions pertaining to buyer’s order. The buyer understands this is not a contest, lottery, or drawing. By giving us your payment information and billing address, you understand that your credit card has been charged for the amount specified in this Vacation Certificate. For general information or to book your travel dates, please contact the customer service department at 321-323-1096 Monday – Friday 9 am-5 pm (EST), or email us at reservations@goldvipvacations.com. The cost of this certificate includes your accommodations.
Terms of Purchase
Purchaser understands and agrees that the full amount paid for this travel package is transferred to a qualified person(s) and is refundable within thirty days from the purchase date or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You agree to abide by such terms and conditions, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the applicable supplier’s policies, rules, and restrictions regarding the availability and use of packages, products, and services.

You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s terms, conditions, policies, rules, or restrictions may result in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation or purchase as well as assuming liability for any amount Gold Marketing Group LLC incurs as a result of such violation. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your purchase of the travel products from Gold Marketing Group LLC.
Booking Your Trips
Please complete and return the included reservation form in one of the following ways: By mail, send Gold Marketing Group LLC at 8681 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy Suite #127, Kissimmee, FL 34747 (Attn: Reservation Dept). By email, send us your form to reservations@goldvipvacations.com at least (60) days prior to the start of your vacation. Reservations will not be confirmed without this form, as these are very popular destinations, space is subject to availability (peak season charges may apply) so it is very important in these cases for you to provide an alternate date when necessary. You will receive an email confirmation within 7-14 business days from the date we receive your reservation form (if no email is provided, we will mail your confirmation to the address provided on the form). Liability Statement
Gold Marketing Group LLC acts as an agent for resorts and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, mechanical failure, civil unrest, delays, government restrictions, irregularities, accidents, injuries, disease, interruptions due to strikes, Nature, Acts of God, Acts of war or terrorism, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. In the event customer is unable to use any portion of this travel package for any reason, including but not limited to the aforementioned reasons, any monies paid, will be applied as future credit to be used for future travel. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S., however, it is void where prohibited by law.
Terms of Travel
US offers a maximum night stay of three nights unless otherwise stated in the
Vacation Certificate in the customer information.
All Mexico locations offer a max stay of five nights except for Villa Del Palmar, Krystal, all Grand Oasis, Oasis, Cancun Bay, and Bel-Air properties; which offer a four-night maximum stay; however additional nights are only $316 per night for two adults and two children and $199 for two adults.
All resorts in Europe and Asia offer a max stay of six or seven nights depending on the promotion offered during the initial sales call.
All air and ground transportation, resort fees, taxes, meals, and gratuities are the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise stated in the package description.
Customers cannot split days in different destinations unless changing a vacation from Europe and Asia to a location that offers less days and nights.
Booking, upgrades, changes, and cancellations may be made or purchased through our Reservations Department at 321-323-1096 (or by emailing reservations@goldvipvacations.com).
Purchaser is within the age requirements of twenty-eight to seventy-two with an annual income of sixty thousand or above.
The package expires twelve months from the date of purchase.
Locations can be exchanged for the same or different days & nights. Specific locations may affect your inclusive versus non-inclusive amenities.
Upon check-in, two forms of ID will be required (Valid Driver’s License, major credit card, or passport). It is the customer’s responsibility to update any inaccurate information listed in your Vacation Certificate before booking reservations.
Customer is required to take a ninety to one hundred twenty-minute presentation tour located at Westgate Resort, 7700 Westgate Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747 the time for which will be determined at check-in.

All vacation packages require at least sixty days advance booking prior to any travel dates including major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve/ Day, Spring Break, Easter week, and July 4th.) Booking and holiday fees may apply based on availability and location. If you fail to show up (NO SHOW) for a scheduled reservation, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of Economy Accommodations-$189.00 per stay, Premium Accommodations-$220.00 per stay, and 1, 2, 3 Bedroom Units-$149.00 per night. Notifying Gold Marketing Group LLC of any changes to your travel dates less than 21 days prior to check-in will result in the immediate forfeiture of your reservation fee. If you notify Gold Marketing Group LLC 7 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, you WILL be accessed a surcharge representing one night's retail rental charge for the accommodations reserved (see fees above).
No room deposit is required to secure accommodations.
Customers may change or cancel reservations at any time and applicable fees may apply. Changes to your reservation included but are not limited to changes to the itinerary, date change, changes in the number of travelers, etc. A new contract
may be issued to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Please understand it takes up to approximately TEN (10) business days to receive a booking confirmation from the resort(s).
Any false information given by the Customer, for qualification purposes, will result in the forfeiture of travel packages purchased and the customer agrees to pay the full rate of their resort stay if disqualified from the resort tour.
When purchasing a travel package from Gold Marketing Group LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, intend to be legally bound by them, and acknowledge and agree that they become part of your contract with Gold Marketing Group LLC. Any payment made for a travel package offered to you by Gold Marketing Group LLC includes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER.
YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT.
TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, A SIGNED AND DATED COPY OF A STATEMENT THAT YOU ARE CANCELING THE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE MAILED AND POSTMARKED OR DELIVERED TO GOLD MARKETING GROUP LLC AT 8681 W. IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY, SUITE 127 KISSIMMEE, FL 34787 NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF (DATE).
THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT.
